Where do you deliver to and how long does delivery take?

Currently we only supply to the UK. 

As all our products are personalised and hand-made to order, we do ask that you allow between 7 and 14 days for delivery.  Any orders paid for by personal cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared, so please take this into consideration when ordering items for specific dates. 

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes.  Our payment service provider, PayPal, provides one of the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.  Click here to read our safety statement. 

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday, Christmas or other special occasion?

Yes. Simply give us a call just before you place your order and ask us for our Special Delivery option. For a small additional cost we can send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery.

Can I have an image of my choice included on the wrapper?

Yes, of course you can but please note that when items are made to a customers personalised design, the customer undertakes to indemnify the company against infringement of any patent, registered design, trade mark or copy right and any loss, damage or expenses which it may incur.
