Due to the personalisation of the products we supply, your right to return goods is only available when the goods have arrived in a poor or damaged state, or the details such as the text, style and colours are not as specified on your order.

We strive to give a genuinely honest and personal service to all our customers and your complete satisfaction is our aim.  We will, whenever possible, email you an example of the wrapper designed for you, to enable you to check that all details are correct.  If we then fail to deliver exactly what you have ordered, we will of course refund you in full.
