All prices include postage and packaging unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched.

Orders typically take between 1 and 5 days to arrive from day of posting.  If an item is out of stock or requires more individualised personalisation, e.g. including your own image, then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

Nearly all orders arrive within a few days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery of back-ordered or personalised items.  Courier delivery can be arranged for an additional cost.  Please contact us for further information.

Returns and Refunds

Printed and Personalised Items

We are unable to offer a refund for printed and personalised items unless any errors have been caused by us. ANY amendments must be notified to us within 24 hous of you placing your order, or when we send you an email with an example of your wrapper, and whilst we will always do our best to accommodate amendments after this time, once your order has been confirmed as correct by you, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details, misspelt words etc. supplied by you.

Due to the personalisation of the product, your right to return goods is only available when the goods have arrived in a poor or damaged state or the details such as the text, style and colours are not as specified on your order.
