Making a Purchase & Payment Methods

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment, via PayPal, including Switch, Visa and Mastercard.

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to call us instead.  Please call us using the details on our contact us page and we will be happy to assist you.

Alternatively, you can place an order through our online shop and choose 'Pay by cheque or postal order'.  If you choose this payment option during checkout, please print two copies of your order receipt and return one copy to us with payment - your order will be posted after we have received payment from you. Postal payments are in United Kingdom currency only.

General Information

Once your order has been accepted we will, where possible, email you a proof of the design to ensure it meets your requirement and to confirm all details are correct.  Once confirmation has been recieved from you that all details are correct, we cannot be held responsible for any errors made by you relating to any of the information supplied to us, e.g. names, dates etc. so please do check the information you have supplied to us very carefully.

Very occasionally, we may need to amend your requested wording slightly to fit within the design layout, but you will be notified of this, and your agreement obtained, before we proceed with your order.

Where items are made to a customers personalised design, the customer undertakes to indemnify the company against infringement of any patent, registered design, trade mark or copy right and any loss, damage or expenses which it may incur.

We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible. However, as colours and images can vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and shipping are included in the prices quoted for each item.  We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.

All orders are posted using the Royal Mail's 1st Class Delivery Service, unless another service is requested.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow 2 days for order processing and between 7 - 14 days for delivery.

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 7 working days from date of posting.

If an item is not available, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order. 

Tax Charges

All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users while providing the highest possible quality of service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Information collected; We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms and every time you e-mail us. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles aid strategic development and audit usage of the site. We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers.
